Here’s how.
Going from sending your first proposal with Portal to getting paid only takes a few smooth steps. Smooth like butter.
Select project type and add description
Select the project type and describe your project, including deliverable items, timeline, customizable project terms and more.
Send an invite to the client
Once you're happy with the project description, simply type in the client's email address and add an optional note to send an invite to the project.
Client reviews and accepts the project
Your client gets access to the project via the invite email, then reviews the details and accepts the project. If enabled, the down payment is collected at this stage.
Complete project & transfer the deliverables, if needed
When the project is complete, you can request the final payment from the client and seamlessly transfer the deliverables through your project Portal. You also have the flexibility to decide whether clients must pay before accessing the assets or not.
You get paid!
The funds get securely transferred to you connected Stripe account, where they are paid out to your linked bank account on a daily basis. Easy as that!
Pricing? Glad you asked.
Portal takes as low as 1% to keep the engines running. Pay only when the project is finalized and successful. No upfront fees, no hidden costs, not for you, not for your client.
Keep in mind, that Stripe charges processing fees that depend on the payment method selected. Please view Stripe pricing for additional details.
Compare this to freelance platforms that charge as high as 20% in fees. Unless you need new leads, we say you keep the money and buy yourself something nice!
